Data deletion

You can delete the data Nightscaler holds about you at any time.

Remove Meta (Facebook) data

1. Go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
2. Find Nightscaler and click Remove.
3. Meta notifies us automatically and we delete your Meta token and ad data within 30 days.

Remove Shopify data

Uninstall Nightscaler from your Shopify admin (Settings → Apps). We delete your store token and store data within 30 days, and handle Shopify's privacy requests automatically.

Delete everything

Email info@nightscaler.com with the subject "Delete my data" from the email address of your account. We confirm and delete your account and all related data within 30 days.
