Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of Nightscaler, a service of Dversion (KvK 97223948).

1. The service

Nightscaler reads data from your connected Meta ad accounts and Shopify store and, based on rules you set, can pause or resume ads and propose or apply budget changes.

2. Your responsibility

You choose the rules and the mode (ask first, test or automatic). You remain responsible for your ad accounts, budgets and ad spend, and for complying with Meta's and Shopify's terms.

3. No guarantees

Advertising results are never guaranteed. Nightscaler depends on data from Meta and Shopify, which can be delayed or incomplete. To the extent permitted by law, Dversion is not liable for lost revenue, ad spend or indirect damage resulting from the use of the service.

4. Accounts

Keep your login details private. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

5. Ending

You can stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts or asking us to delete your account.
